Destined to be the perfect weekend pick-me-up locale, Faraday's Bar is delighted to confirm new open hours on Sundays by popular demand, with an exceptional weekly culinary event in celebration.
Reserve a table from noon until 4pm on any Sunday, and enjoy the exquisite pairing of Veuve Clicquot's voluptuously gourmand La Grande Dame 2008 with Omakase by Anthony Price, of 'Private Fine Dining' fame.
Japanese for "trust the chef", Anthony's take on Omakase is a deliciously decadent nigiri box, which proudly features the finest ingredients from around the world.
Resting atop luxury-grade Japanese koshihikari rice, experience the gastronomical delight of combinations such as blowtorched A4 Wagyu beef with crayfish aioli and truffle fries, New Zealand kingfish, Mount Cook alpine salmon and deep water scampi, Hokkaido scallop with ikura, and "Zebra" cuttlefish ink tamagoyaki with crayfish mayo and Oscietra caviar.
