Returns: 

If you need to exchange or return a Faradays purchase for any reason, let us know via your account or emailing us directly.

You have 14 days from receiving your order* to:

Create an exchange or return in your Faradays account. This action can be located under your order history.

Send your purchase back to us. You are also able to return your purchase in-store with one of our Faradays representatives.

All items must be returned to us unused with all Faradays tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our returns policy will be sent back to you.

*Love and Object Vintage Jewels are sold on a no-returns policy. Due to their rare vintage nature, all precious pieces from Love and Object are sourced and listed with pride in their exceptional condition for their age, however as they are pre-loved, please expect that very small imperfections and slight patina may be present in certain items.  Pieces are available to try on and inspect in person at No. 8 Faraday Street should this be desired.

Arranging a return:

To arrange a return please complete the return information in your Faradays account. We recommend with all returns that you ensure the use of a traceable method to ensure that all items are returned safely. If in the unlikely event that this is not received, this will be your sole responsibility. Once your item has been received and processed we will contact you to confirm your return, exchange or store credit.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of you receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Faradays if there are other factors that have inhibited your return.

 

Custom orders:

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on products that are custom ordered. All custom order sales are final. Items purchased as a custom order cannot be cancelled before delivery.

We're available via phone, email, or in-store to assist your ordering of custom pieces.

While we are able to give an approximate delivery date for custom orders, we cannot guarantee a fixed date of delivery due to availability, manufacturing and shipping. We will always endeavour to deliver this to you as soon as possible.


Specific return information: 

Clothing

With all items of clothing please take care when trying this in the comfort of your home. We will not accept returns where items have been used, worn, damaged, or washed.

 

Shoes

When trying on shoes in the comfort of your home, ensure to protect the soles of the shoes. With footwear please ensure that the original dust bag and box if received with the item is also returned.

 

Lingerie, Bodysuits & Swimwear

All lingerie, bodysuits and swimwear must be tried on with underwear underneath, without removing the protective adhesive strip. All briefs purchased through our website are not able to be returned.

 

Beauty, Fragrance & Candles

Skincare, Fragrances, and Homeware such as candles must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Love and Object Vintage Jewels

These are sold on a no-returns policy. Order cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team who can arrange and look into this for you. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your item(s), we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to inform you of this, as well as immediately refund you. If there are items we are able to fulfill in the order, we will contact you to ensure you would like the remaining items.

Faradays ships worldwide.

We currently offer complimentary worldwide shipping.

Timeframes: Our Head office and distribution is based in Auckland. Please be mindful to understand that nationally and globally we have experienced delays in shipping timeframes.


Receiving your purchase: 

If you receive your purchase from Faradays and find a fault or issue with your purchase, contact us immediately so that we can assist you to remedy the situation. We may ask for proof of purchase and proof of fault so that we can ensure we deliver the best level of service and outcome to you possible.
